We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after a death to ensure availability on your preferred date. We can often accommodate bookings within a week or less but more notice provides flexibility.
Do you record the entire memorial service?
Yes, unless otherwise requested we will discreetly record the full service from beginning to end from multiple camera angles.
Can family members get copies of the raw footage?
We provide digital copies of the raw footage upon request. Many families appreciate having the complete video even if unedited.
Do you live stream services?
Yes, live streaming memorial services for remote attendees is one of our specialties. We handle the technology so families can focus on their tributes.
Are there any limitations on music if used in tribute videos?
We can only use music you have licensing rights for or royalty-free music. Let us know if you need guidance navigating any music restrictions.
Do you offer photo montages or travel for graveside services?
We can produce photo montages as well as travel onsite for graveside services and memorial events beyond the funeral. Additional fees may apply.
Is the video footage we receive encrypted and private?
Yes, all footage we deliver is fully encrypted and we have strict policies around privacy and data protection.
How long do you retain copies of the recordings?
We keep full archives for at least 10 years and can provide you copies anytime during that window upon request.
